How long will my repair take?
Usually a few working days. We confirm a timescale once we've seen the job, and we keep to it. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you before we start.
What does "no fix, no fee" mean?
If we can't repair it, you don't pay for the repair. The diagnostic is free.
Do you collect, or do I have to come in?
Both. Walk in to Phoenix Court, or arrange free collection and return across Brighouse, Huddersfield and Halifax. Further afield, post it to the lab: tracked both ways.
Is my data safe during a repair?
Yes. Your data stays on your device unless the repair needs it moved, and we only ever do that with your say-so. Secure wiping, with a certificate, is available if you're selling or scrapping kit.
Do you buy old laptops and PCs?
Yes, working or not. Cash or trade-in credit against a refurb or a repair. WhatsApp us a photo for a quick price.
