• Fixed-price services e.g. screen replacements, battery swaps, hardware upgrades, and similar repairs with a confirmed cost.

• Refurbished devices & accessories like laptops, chargers, hard drives, etc.

• Pre-approved on-site services or complex repairs including certain liquid damage or motherboard repairs, provided a fixed price has been agreed in writing before payment.

⚠ Klarna Cannot Be Used For:

• Unfixed-price or diagnostic-only jobs where the final cost is unknown until inspection.

• Jobs with variable pricing (e.g. severe liquid damage where further faults may be found during repair).

• Ongoing service contracts or subscription-based services.

Most of our services are booked directly with our team. If Klarna is available for your job, here’s the process:

1. Get a quote – Contact us for a confirmed price for your repair, service, or product.

2. Request Klarna – Let us know you want to pay in instalments.

3. Receive your link – We will send you a custom payment link via Stripe with Klarna enabled.

4. Complete payment – Select Klarna and choose your preferred pay-later plan securely.

💻 Klarna for Products

When buying a refurbished laptop or accessories directly from our website, Klarna is available at checkout.

🔄 Klarna Refunds

If you’ve paid using Klarna option, all refunds are processed through Klarna in line with their terms and conditions. Nerds2U cannot issue direct refunds for Klarna transactions. If your refund is approved, Klarna will either adjust or cancel your payment plan.
