If you decline the repair after diagnostics, we return your device and refund £40 of the deposit.

How long does it take?

1–2 working days for delivery of the box, 1–3 working days for diagnostics once we receive your device. Repair time varies by issue.

Is my device safe in transit?

Yes — we use custom packaging and Royal Mail tracked shipping for safe, verified handling both ways.

Will my data be safe?

We recommend a backup before sending. We only access what’s needed to diagnose and test. Your data is kept private and never shared.

Can I send more than one device?

Yes. Submit one form per device (or tell us in the notes) so we can assign separate device collection forms/receipts and quotes.

Do you accept tablets, consoles, etc.?

Yes, we accept most computers, MacBooks, some tablets and consoles. If you’re unsure, just ask and we’ll confirm before you post.

What should I include in the box?
